Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has canceled his scheduled visit to the Tirupati Lord Venkateswara Temple. Sources close to him confirmed the decision but did not disclose the reasons for the cancellation immediately.
Reddy’s visit had drawn significant attention, as it was part of his party’s effort to offer prayers at temples, reportedly to atone for the alleged sins of TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu. Naidu had earlier made accusations related to the sacred Tirupati laddus, sparking political tensions.
Reddy was expected to visit the hill shrine today, but the trip was called off just a few hours before it was scheduled. While sources confirmed the cancellation, further details regarding the abrupt change in plans remain unclear. This development has fueled speculation, adding to the ongoing political drama between the ruling YSRCP and the opposition TDP in Andhra Pradesh.
