In a heartbreaking incident at Sultanpur Lodhi, a 65-year-old woman, who had come to pay her respects at the historic Gurdwara Sri Ber Sahib, tragically passed away. The elderly woman, accompanied by her family, collapsed as she entered the Darbar Sahib to offer her obeisance. Swift action was taken as concerned family members, with the help of others present, rushed her to the hospital.
Upon reaching the hospital, it was revealed that the elderly woman had succumbed to a heart attack. The somber event cast a pall over the sacred surroundings of the Gurdwara, leaving the community in shock and grief. Local authorities and Gurdwara officials are extending support to the bereaved family during this difficult time. The incident serves as a poignant reminder of the fragility of life and the unexpected turns it can take, even in moments of spiritual reflection.
