A few days ago Shiromani Akali Dal released the list of some of its candidates for the Lok Sabha elections. But for Ludhiana, which is considered a hot seat, there was a lot of confusion in choosing a candidate. According to the information received, many meetings were held to search for the candidate, but no agreement was reached. However, the president of the Shiromani Akali Dal, Sardar Sukhbir Singh Badal, announced the name of the candidates during a conference.
In which Ranjit Singh Dhillon from Ludhiana, Mohinder Singh KP from Jalandhar, Sohan Thandal from Hoshiarpur, Nardev Singh Bobby Mann from Ferozepur, Hardev Saini from Chandigarh and Harsimrat Kaur Badal from Bathinda have been fielded for the Lok Sabha elections.
Earlier, BJP and AAP had released the names of their candidates in which BJP has fielded Ravneet Singh Bittu from Ludhiana and Parashar Pappi has been fielded by AAP. Now Shiromani Akali Dal candidate Ranjit Singh Dhillon will compete with them. Now all eyes are fixed only on the Congress party that gives the ticket to the candidate from Ludhiana.
