In his post, Gandhi accused the authorities of arresting Soren out of revenge and political malice. He asserted that Soren’s arrest was politically motivated and lacked substantial evidence. “The arrest of former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Hemant Soren ji was done out of revenge and political malice,” Gandhi wrote.

Gandhi also shared his happiness after speaking with Soren on the phone. “We welcome the High Court’s decision to grant him bail,” he stated, emphasizing his relief and satisfaction with the outcome. Gandhi’s comments highlighted the Congress party’s stance on the issue, suggesting that they view Soren’s arrest as unjust.

Furthermore, Gandhi praised Soren for his dedication to protecting the Constitution. “Truth protects the people who move forward with the spirit of protecting the Constitution,” he added, indicating his belief that Soren’s commitment to constitutional values played a role in his release.

The High Court’s decision to grant bail to Soren, who had been in jail for five months on money laundering charges, has been a significant development in Jharkhand’s political landscape. Soren’s supporters have celebrated the decision, viewing it as a vindication of their leader.

As Soren prepares to return to active politics, the political dynamics in Jharkhand are expected to shift, with many anticipating his next moves. The court has scheduled the next hearing of the case for later this year.
