Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann recently inaugurated a new railway over bridge in Dinanagar, Gurdaspur. The bridge, which connects Dinanagar city with nearby border area villages, was built at a cost of Rs 51.74 crore. This project is a significant infrastructure development aimed at improving connectivity and easing travel for local residents.
During the inauguration ceremony, Mann addressed the public, underscoring the government’s commitment to providing quality facilities and infrastructure for the people of Punjab. He highlighted that the bridge is a symbol of the government’s dedication to using public funds effectively to benefit the state. Mann emphasized that the government is working diligently to ensure progress and prosperity in Punjab, ensuring that taxpayer money is invested wisely in projects that enhance the quality of life for residents.
The new over bridge is expected to greatly improve transportation in the region, facilitate smoother commutes, and contribute to regional development by better connecting various parts of Gurdaspur.
