In a spirited rally held in Azamgarh, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated projects worth a staggering 42 thousand crore rupees across various regions, with a focus on Uttar Pradesh. Taking a direct swipe at the prevalent politics of nepotism, PM Modi asserted that the poison of appeasement is receding in the wake of unprecedented development in the state.
Addressing the crowd, Modi highlighted the need to break free from dynastic politics, referencing recent electoral upsets for the Mulayam-Akhilesh Yadav family in Azamgarh. He pointed out the victory of BJP’s Dinesh Lal Yadav in the by-election, emphasizing that public discontent with nepotism has reached a point where leaders are resorting to baseless accusations against him.
The Prime Minister also inaugurated 15 airport projects, including 12 new terminal buildings, across states like Punjab, Adampur, UP, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi. Among the notable projects in UP is the Maharaja Suhail Dev State University in Azamgarh, symbolizing the region’s transformation from a once-considered backward area to a beacon of development.
As Modi laid the virtual foundation stone for these initiatives, he urged the public not to view them solely through an electoral lens, emphasizing his commitment to realizing a developed India by 2047. In a critical tone, he lambasted previous governments for making promises without follow-through, highlighting his administration’s transparent and swift approach to development.
