The two leaders finalized 18 agreements during the 7th Inter-Governmental Discussion, reflecting the strengthening ties between India and Germany. Modi stated, “The conflicts in Ukraine and West Asia are matters of concern for both countries,” reiterating that war is not a viable solution to any problem.

He emphasized the need for updated global governance structures, noting that the institutions established in the 20th century are inadequate to tackle the complexities of the 21st century. Both leaders agreed on the importance of collaboration to foster stability and peace in a rapidly changing world, marking a significant step in bilateral relations.
