Prime Minister Narendra Modi held extensive discussions today with the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, focusing on enhancing the strategic partnership between India and the UAE. The Crown Prince arrived in New Delhi on Sunday for a two-day visit aimed at bolstering bilateral relations.
The meeting took place at Hyderabad House, where both leaders engaged in talks covering a range of issues aimed at deepening the overall strategic ties between the two nations. The discussions are seen as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation in various sectors, including trade, investment, and security.
External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal emphasized the warmth and close friendship between the two countries, highlighting the significance of the visit. “A warm welcome from a close friend,” he said, reflecting the strong bond shared by India and the UAE.
This visit by the Crown Prince underscores the commitment of both nations to further elevate their relationship, building on the existing strong foundation of mutual respect and shared interests.
