By moving the cases to the Supreme Court, the NTA aims to centralize the legal proceedings and obtain a definitive ruling that can be uniformly applied across the nation. This approach is expected to expedite the resolution of the cases and reinforce the measures needed to prevent such incidents in the future.

As the hearing approaches, all eyes are on the Supreme Court to provide clarity and direction on this pressing issue, which affects the future of countless medical aspirants.
