Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Rajya Sabha member Misa Bharti, who is also the daughter of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, took a dig at political strategist Prashant Kishore. Kishore had recently claimed that he would announce the formation of a new political party on October 2. Misa Bharti sarcastically questioned whether Kishore’s new party would be called “BJP’s B Team.”
Bharti further commented on the apparent rebranding of Kishore’s political endeavors, stating, “Everyone can form a party; it’s not a big deal. He had a party earlier too.” Her remark referred to Kishore’s previous attempt at entering active politics and forming a political outfit.
Speaking about the speculated name of the new party, “Jan Suraj Party,” Bharti noted that she had heard about it through the media. She questioned whether the name would be changed again and whether the new entity would be supportive of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Misa Bharti’s comments highlight the skepticism from the opposition regarding Prashant Kishore’s motives and his potential influence in Bihar’s already dynamic political landscape.
