Senior Advocate Babu Singh Sidhu, alongside Maninderjit Singh Bedi and Iqbal Singh Buttar, has been appointed by the Chief Minister to represent the prosecution in a defamation case involving Rs. The legal team made its debut appearance in court, with Mr. Sidhu presenting the initial argument seeking the dismissal of the defamation charges on grounds of baselessness.
