Several prominent political figures in Kerala, including Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, Communist Party of India (CPI-M) leader and Kerala minister K Radhakrishnan, CPI national executive member Annie Raja, and BJP national general secretary Anil Antony, submitted their nomination papers for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Shashi Tharoor, representing the Congress party, filed his nomination from the Thiruvananthapuram Lok Sabha seat, reaffirming his commitment to serve the constituency. Meanwhile, CPI-M leader K Radhakrishnan is set to contest from Alathur in North Palakkad district, showcasing the party’s electoral strategy in the region.
Annie Raja of the Communist Party of India (CPI) submitted her nomination from the Wayanad constituency, marking her bid to represent the constituents and address their concerns on a national platform. Additionally, BJP’s Anil Antony filed his papers from Pathanamthitta, signaling the party’s electoral ambitions in the region.
