Amarjit Gautam, the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Alipur, stated that efforts are currently underway to remove the derailed coaches from the tracks. This is expected to clear the way for the resumption of normal train traffic. However, several passenger trains passing through the area have already been delayed or rerouted due to the incident.

Railway officials have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the derailment. The priority at the moment is to restore services as quickly as possible and ensure that there is no further disruption to the schedule. Safety checks are also being conducted in the area to prevent any future mishaps.

Passengers are advised to check train schedules before making any travel plans as delays may continue for some time.
