The SKM (Non-Political) and Kisan Mazdoor Morcha have announced plans to march to Delhi if the Haryana government clears the roads, as directed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The farmers’ organizations intend to raise their demands against the central government directly in Delhi.

Speaking at Kisan Bhavan, leaders from both groups highlighted that the Punjab and Haryana High Court’s order revealed that it is the BJP government in Haryana, not the farmers, blocking roads at the Shambhu and Khanuri borders. They urged the Haryana government to comply with the court’s directive and open the roads.

The farmers’ leaders also opposed the Haryana Police investigating the murder of young farmer Shubkaran Singh, citing a lack of trust due to allegations against the police in the case. They emphasized the need for an independent investigation, noting that the Haryana government previously opposed this in the Supreme Court, revealing their intentions.

A joint conference will be held on July 22 at the Constitution Club of New Delhi to address farmers’ demands. Additionally, a national-level Kisan Mahapanchayat is scheduled for September 15 in Haryana, expected to draw lakhs of farmers from across the country. Leaders will campaign door to door in Haryana to raise awareness about the event.
