Singh made this statement during the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the Indian Navy’s Very Low Frequency (VLF) radar station at Damagundam forest area in Vikarabad district, Telangana. This facility will enhance communication with submarines and improve national defense capabilities.

Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, present at the event, highlighted the significance of the radar station, noting that it is the second such center in India and a matter of pride for Telangana. He emphasized that the facility plays a critical role in bolstering national security.

The VLF radar station is expected to strengthen the Indian Navy’s operational reach and enhance its ability to protect the country’s maritime interests. As India continues to upgrade its defense infrastructure, Singh’s message calls for regional collaboration, promoting a united approach to securing the Indian Ocean and surrounding waters.
