Bittu’s swift nomination by the BJP intensified the race for Ludhiana, prompting the Congress to navigate carefully in selecting its candidate. Alongside Singh, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Kulbir Singh Zira, and Vijay Inder Singla have been unveiled as Congress contenders for Gurdaspur, Khandur Sahib, and Anandpur Sahib respectively.

The Ludhiana battleground sees a diverse array of contenders vying for supremacy. Shiromani Akali Dal fields Ranjit Singh Dhillon, while AAP presents Ashok Parashar Pappi. Recently, BSP entered the fray with Davinder Singh Ramgarhia as their candidate, intensifying the electoral landscape.

As the election date of June 1 approaches, Ludhiana residents find themselves at the epicenter of political maneuvering. With multiple parties vying for their allegiance, the outcome remains uncertain, poised to reshape Ludhiana’s political landscape in the coming elections.
