Today, Congress spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh announced his resignation from all party positions and membership, citing his inability to align with the party’s direction of raising anti-Sanatan slogans and demeaning capitalists. Vallabh took to social media platform ‘X’ to share his resignation letter addressed to Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
Expressing discomfort with the perceived lack of direction within the party, Vallabh highlighted his decision to step down and part ways with Congress. Shortly after tendering his resignation, Vallabh joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
In his statement, Vallabh emphasized his commitment to principles that resonate with the BJP’s ideology, signaling a significant shift in his political allegiance. His departure from Congress underscores internal challenges and ideological differences within the party, as Vallabh seeks a new political home aligned with his beliefs and convictions.
