BJP President JP Nadda strongly criticized Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge, claiming that the repeated electoral setbacks for the Congress have left him ideologically bankrupt. Nadda pointed out that Kharge should introspect on why the party has lost the trust of the people and continues to lose elections.
Nadda also took aim at Rahul Gandhi, stating that the opposition’s aggressive tactics against the ruling party are merely attempts to save a “failed product.” He expressed that the condition of the Congress, the country’s oldest party, has become so dire that it is affecting everyone associated with it.
He further accused the Congress of supporting anti-national forces and urban Naxalites, claiming that people are aware of such actions. Nadda’s remarks came after Kharge labeled the BJP as a party of terrorists. In response, Nadda argued that the Congress has been unable to challenge Prime Minister Modi’s pro-people and pro-poor policies and is instead focused on criticizing BJP and Modi, harming the nation’s reputation.
