In a nail-biting encounter at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) secured a thrilling victory against the Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the 6th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024. Winning the toss, RCB opted to bowl first, putting PBKS in to bat.
Punjab Kings put up a commendable performance with the bat, posting a challenging total of 176 runs on the board, despite losing 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. However, the Bengaluru team faced a rocky start in their chase, facing early setbacks.
Despite the early setbacks, the Bangalore team displayed remarkable resilience and determination, staging a remarkable comeback. With some stellar batting performances, they chased down the target with just 4 balls to spare, finishing at 178/6 in 19.2 overs.
