Shah emphasized that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has adopted a holistic approach towards improving healthcare services in the country. Under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, efforts are being made to set up new medical colleges and improve primary and community health centers. These initiatives aim to provide accessible and quality healthcare to all citizens, particularly in rural and underserved areas.

The new plan to increase medical seats will support the development of healthcare infrastructure and ensure that more doctors are trained to meet the growing needs of the population. According to Shah, increasing medical seats is part of a broader strategy to strengthen the healthcare system and make quality medical education more available across the country. The government is committed to ensuring that healthcare facilities become more accessible to the general public, contributing to a healthier nation.
