The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced its decision to contest the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections on its own strength. This declaration was made during a press conference in Chandigarh, attended by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, along with AAP MPs Sanjay Singh and Sandeep Pathak. Mann emphasized that AAP is ready to fight the elections with full force and determination.

In the previous Haryana Lok Sabha elections, AAP had contested only one seat in alliance with the Congress. However, this time AAP has decided to go solo, contesting all 90 assembly seats independently. Mann, highlighting AAP’s governance in both Delhi and Punjab, expressed confidence in the party’s ability to bring about change in Haryana.

He criticized the current “double engine government” in Haryana, which has been in power for the last 10 years, asserting that the people of Haryana are eager for a change. Mann stated that AAP will contest the elections as a united team and is determined to defeat the incumbent government.

The AAP leadership believes that their track record in Delhi and Punjab will resonate with the voters in Haryana, providing a fresh and effective alternative to the existing administration. As the election preparations gain momentum, AAP is focused on mobilizing support and presenting a robust campaign to win the trust of the Haryana electorate.
