Kuldeep Singh , A Employee of GNE College, Ludhiana, has passed away, leading to outrage among his bereaved family and supporters. The uproar has arisen due to the alleged injustice done by Kuldeep Singh ji in the Stenography post for Scheduled Caste candidates.
Advocate Narendra Singh ji revealed that despite Kuldeep Singh ji taking a court decision in his favour, the college’s management committee opposed the decision and appointed another candidate. This legal battle damaged the health of Kuldeep Singh. Due to which his health started deteriorating continuously.
Kuldeep Singh ji took this matter to Chandigarh High Court and he won there too. However, constant opposition and resentment from the management committee continued to plague him, resulting in severe mental anguish and, finally, a fatal heart attack.
Despite the family demanding justice through the management committee, they were forced to continue their sit-in in front of the college gate due to no satisfactory response. The tragic story of Kuldeep Singh ji not only highlights the flaws in the appointment process.
