National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah commented on the ongoing infiltration of terrorists, stating that as long as infiltration continues, encounters with terrorists will also persist. Speaking to reporters, Abdullah remarked, “Terrorists will keep coming, and we will keep eliminating them,” emphasizing the government’s commitment to addressing security threats.
He further noted that, as in previous years, the government’s administrative work would continue from Jammu during this period. Abdullah also encouraged the public to celebrate Diwali with enthusiasm, despite the challenging circumstances, underscoring the resilience of the region and its people.
The former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister’s remarks come amidst ongoing tensions and security concerns in the area. His comments reflect the determination to maintain security operations and assure citizens of continued efforts to counteract terrorist activities.
