The Supreme Court has provided a significant relief to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren by dismissing the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) plea. The ED had challenged the Jharkhand High Court’s decision to grant bail to Soren in the land scam case.
With the Supreme Court’s ruling, the bail order stands, allowing Soren to remain free while the case continues.
