Following the recent by-election results across seven states, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took to social media to share his views on the outcomes. Gandhi celebrated the breaking of what he described as the BJP’s “web of fear and confusion,” suggesting a shift in public sentiment.
“The results of the by-elections in 7 states have made it clear that the web of ‘fear and confusion’ woven by the BJP has been broken,” Gandhi wrote. He emphasized that the diverse electorate, including farmers, youth, laborers, businessmen, and working people, are now seeking justice and aiming to eradicate what he termed as dictatorship.
Gandhi expressed his belief that the public is rallying behind the Congress-led alliance, known as INDIA, to safeguard their livelihoods and uphold the Constitution. “For the betterment of their lives and protection of the Constitution, the people are now completely standing with INDIA,” he noted.
His message concluded with a patriotic call, “Jai Hindustan, Jai Samvidhaan,” underscoring his confidence in the alliance’s ability to lead the country towards a just and democratic future.
This statement from Rahul Gandhi marks a significant moment in the political landscape, as it reflects growing resistance against the BJP and a surge in support for the opposition’s vision for India.
