In a recent speech, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann announced significant opportunities for volunteers in the state. Addressing a gathering, Mann expressed his appreciation for the dedication and hard work of the volunteers who have supported his administration and the broader organizational goals.
“In the coming days, volunteers will get responsibilities in the organization, positions in the government,” Mann stated. He emphasized that the contributions of these individuals have been recognized and that lists of deserving volunteers have been compiled. “Those who fight with the families and oil the pallias and walk with me… they will also get jobs. They will also get positions,” he assured.
Mann’s commitment indicates that volunteers will play a substantial role in the governance of Punjab. He highlighted that these volunteers, who have stood by the administration through challenges, will be rewarded with significant responsibilities and roles within the government.
This move aims to integrate dedicated volunteers into the formal structures of governance, ensuring their efforts are acknowledged and their skills utilized. By offering positions and responsibilities, the Punjab government seeks to strengthen its organizational framework and improve service delivery to the public. This announcement has been welcomed by volunteers and supporters, who see it as a recognition of their hard work and loyalty.
