Ashok Parashar Pappi, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, intensified his campaign efforts today with a series of whirlwind meetings in the Jagraon constituency. Addressing enthusiastic crowds, Parashar emphasized his commitment to securing the state’s withheld RDF money from the Central Government, which is earmarked for accelerating village development.
Parashar highlighted a significant achievement in water management, stating, “Water from closed tailings, which had not reached the fields for several years, has now been directed to the fields. This initiative is crucial for groundwater conservation and reducing electricity consumption.”
In a bid to bolster his election drive, Parashar also campaigned in the Ludhiana West and Ludhiana North constituencies. He was accompanied by local MLAs Gurpreet Bassi Gogi and Madan Lal Bagga, who lent their support to his campaign.
During his addresses, Parashar appealed to the local electorate, saying, “I am a Ludhiana native, and I trust that you will support a local leader. When you cast your vote, consider who can represent your voice in Delhi. Who will stand by you through thick and thin? Candidates from outside are merely seeking votes; once obtained, they will retreat. I will always be accessible to you in Ludhiana.”
With election day fast approaching, Parashar’s efforts reflect a deep commitment to addressing local issues and ensuring continuous representation for Ludhiana in the national arena.
