Punjab Pradesh Congress President and Ludhiana Lok Sabha candidate, Amarinder Singh Raja Waring, made a significant declaration as he submitted his nomination papers to District Election Officer Sakshi Sahni. Furthermore, Waring extended a warm welcome to the Bains brothers upon their joining of the party, signaling unity within the Congress ranks.
